Book Your Own Appointments
We have a new exciting feature! In addition to offering same day appointments by calling us or texting us, you can now request your own appointment online. If you are an existing patient, please request at least 30 minutes in advance in confirm everything. If you are a new patient, please give us at least 4 hours notice.

To book online now please follow these steps:

1. Click on the orange "Book Visit" button on the header of the website and follow the link.
2. Select "Yes" or "No" in the upper left hand corner to confirm if you have visited us before.

2. Select the Appointment Reason in the upper right hand drop-down. This is REQUIRED to proceed.

3. Pick the date and time you want to schedule.
4. If you are a parent scheduling for your child, click on "Book for Someone Else". If you are scheduling for yourself, click on "Book for Myself".

5. Enter your child's first name, last name, date of birth, and gender. All are required.
​
6. Enter the Parent/Guardian details. All are required.
​
7. Click "Continue" to proceed.
8. Verify your phone number by choosing to receive a text or voice call. Click "Send" once you have made your choice.

9. Enter the 6 digit code you receive and click "Verify and Continue". In case you don't receive a text, resend or try the voice option.​
10. Type in the "Info for Provider" box any additional information you would like our providers to know about your child before the visit. This is an optional field.

11. Select a payment method. If you do not have insurance, click "Self Pay". If you have insurance, you can either select your insurance from the drop down and input your subscriber number OR upload pictures of the front and back of your insurance card. ​

12. Click "Book" to request your appointment.
​
13. You will get a confirmation email or text titled "Your appointment request has been sent". At this point the appointment is just a request. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to finalize the appointment.
